Our Mission

The core mission of Always One Ministries is to reach "Always One More" person with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the ministry of Christian music and evangelistic outreach events across Central Indiana.

We strive to create environments where people feel safe, hear a message of hope, and connect with local churches for discipleship and growth.

Our Vision

We envision a community transformed by the power of Christ, where Christian concert ministry serves as a catalyst for spiritual awakening and unity among area congregations.

Our long-term goal is to grow the Kingdom Come Festival into a staple event that annually draws thousands to experience faith, fellowship, and worship.

Meet the Leadership Team

Our ministry is driven by a small, dedicated team and supported by dozens of passionate volunteers.

Jay Karp
Co-Founder

Jay helped found A1M in 2011 with a heart for youth outreach and concert ministry. He oversees strategic vision and artist relations.

Chris Bousum
Co-Founder

Chris helped found A1M and as an ordained Pastor oversees the spiritual aspect of the ministry and connections with local churches, youth groups and leaders.

Angie Leyda
Event Director

Angie is the glue that holds A1M together. If there is an event this ministries is hosting, she had a hand in it. Nothing happens without Angie's leadership.

Dave Leyda
Technical Director/Treasurer

Dave (married to Angie and following her orders) oversees all technical aspects of the ministry and serves as the treasure and accountant.

VOLUNTEERS

Always One Ministries and every event and outreach we host would not be successful without the tireless work by our volunteers. Ministry cannot happen without their involvement.
